10 Years After

Friday I finished Walter Jackson Bates' "Negative Capability." It was very informative about Keat's writings. I had started Nathan A. Scott's "Negative Capability; studies in the new literature and the religious situation" but found it unsuitable for what I wanted to know, and left it unfinished. While in Borders this afternoon I picked up George Steiner's "Grammar of Creation" and found several references to Keats. (Those passages that I read, which was not all of the ones from the index, were in regards to Keat's "Unheard Melodies" and not negative capability. I plan to add the notes which I did take while reading from the book to my other blog soon.)
